Meeting Place: Jericho Hill Centre - North Room

Meeting Time: Once a week.

Monday: 6:30pm till 7:30 (age group: 8 - 13)
                7:30pm till 8:30pm (age group: 14 and above)
                 or
Wednesday: 6:30 till 7:30pm (age group: 8 and above)
                 or
Saturday: 12:00 noon till 1:00pm (age group: 8 and
                 above)

Classes are offered in the summer, fall, winter and spring. Each session runs for 10
                weeks.

Each lesson starts with static stretch warm-up followed by moderate workout with
               stretching and conditioning.

The programme is divided into two parts:
               The first part covers basic hand techniques, footwork, and offense and defense
               techniques of the classical French school.
              The second part covers line drills and supervised bouting.

Participation: All participants have to register with West Point Grey Community Centre.

Equipment: Participants are required to wear a sports outfit and indoor court shoes.

All necessary equipment -- mask, practice foil, and plastron or jacket -- will be provided.
